SELECT BOARD MINUTES
Unless otherwise noted as draft on the face of the minutes themselves, all minutes should be considered to be in approved form.
The date of posting to this site should not be considered in order to determine compliance or non-compliance with Vermont Statute as many times it will not be possible to post immediately after minutes become available. Draft and approved minutes in paper form are available at the Town Hall for public viewing.

Begining with the minutes of April 1, 2013, the minutes are now time stamped in order to make it easier to find certain agenda topics on the BCTV recordings of Select Board meetings. You will find links to the various video recordings in a seperate listing directly below the listing of meeting minutes for a given year. Scroll down a bit for video links.
These are rough time stamps only and are to be used as a guide when viewing the videos. By looking at the meeting start time at the beginning of the miuntes and doing some simple math you will be able to fast forward through the video to the approximate point you wish to view. For example, if the meeting start time was 6:00 and you wish to see the video coverage of a discussion that occurred at 6:45, you can fast forward the video approximatly 45 minutes and arrive at a point close to the discussion. The points are being added to the agenda lines only so, the "reports" section of the agenda will have the time stamp but each individual report will not. The next agenda item will have a time stamp providing you with a window in which all reports were transmitted.
This is being done primarily for historical review to allow for quick referrence to important decisions and/or discussions that occurred in the past. If you have any questions please feel free to email Rick Hege at the email address above.
